CryLaS offers narrow linewidth DUV cw lasers at 266 nm. Various models of the FQCW266 series cover an output power range from 10 mW up to 1 W. The lasers are fully sealed for hands-free operation in OEM applications and sophisticated research setups. Applications include semiconductor inspection, UV Raman spectroscopy and photo luminescence.
