Rüdiger Paschotta, owner and Managing Director of RP Photonics, a privately owned Swiss company providing consultancy, simulation software, has created a distinct and celebrated resource for manufacturers and users of laser technology, nonlinear and fibre optics. On the organisation’s 20th anniversary, he tells Carlos Lee, EPIC’s Director General, how it came about.
