Optical and infrared technology manufacturer LightPath has acquired Visimid, an engineering and design firm specialising in thermal imaging, night vision, and internet of things applications.
Visimid provides design and consulting services for Department of Defense contractors, commercial and industrial customers, and OEMs for original new products.
