4D Technology Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Onto Innovation, has introduced the PhaseCam 6110, the newest addition to its line of PhaseCam dynamic interferometers.
This interferometer features a new 4MP camera, which improves both repeatability and precision by two times compared to previous models. The new model also incorporates high speed optical phase sensors that create wavefront measurements over 5,000 times faster than a temporal phase shifting interferometer.
PhaseCam 6110 runs on 4Sight Focus, 4D’s 64-bit software platform. Focus provides a clear, simplified interface and fast analysis. New functionality in the software includes enhanced masking, a powerful built-in database, and the technology for acquiring and manipulating large numbers of measurements very quickly.
The PhaseCam 6110 was created with performance and remote measurement in mind. Its lightweight mainframe enables use under almost any conditions, without vibrational isolation.
