SphereOptics is now a partner of OSI Optoelectronics, whose portfolio covers different types of silicium photodiodes such as PIN photodiodes, PSDs, photodiode arrays and colour sensors, as well as GaAs- and InGaAs- photodiodes and complete opto-electronical systems.
The product range covers wavelengths from 200nm - 1,700nm, with the silicium photodiodes even detecting the UV and soft X-ray range from 0.07nm - 1,100nm. The application areas of the products include analysis, medicine, inspection, telecommunication and other industrial applications.
