The former 3S Photonics Group, comprising 3S Photonics, Avensys and Manlight, is uniting the three companies as a single entity, to be known as 3SPGroup, with the aim of simplifying the group's image and to pursue its internal and external growth strategy.
In 2011, the group increased turnover by 64 per cent, acquired Manlight and attracted investment from Eurazeo. 2012 plans include further acquisitions to strengthen its position in its historical markets, and to pursue vertical and market growth.
