Cambridge Technology has outgrown its current home and will soon be moving to a larger headquarters.
On 18 January the company will move from its home in Lexington, Massachusetts, to an expanded facility in nearby Bedford. The new location will provide much-needed space for manufacturing, engineering and sales and marketing staff.
In the last five years, Cambridge Technology has expanded its scanning product lines and volume business into integrated scanning solutions including four families of two-axis scan heads, three families of three-axis scanning subsystems, high power multi-kilowatt scanning subsystems, and digital controller and application software products.
'We are very excited by our continued worldwide growth in both our Components and Solutions businesses,' said Red Aylward, president of Cambridge Technology. 'The new facility provides us with the added space and flexibility that we need to support our long-term growth plans.'
