David Welsh has been promoted from sales director to managing director, with company founder Mike Elliot moving to the position of chairman.
Welsh has been with Elliot Scientific for 11 years and had previously served as managing director of Newport for 8 years.
Mike Elliot will now concentrate on the more strategic and entrepreneurial direction of the company and permitting Welsh to take over the full operational running of the company. There is no change to the ownership of Elliot Scientific Ltd.
