Electrox’s US operation has made two new appointments to its senior management team. Keith (Griff) Griffiths has been promoted to US operations manager and Mike Rauch has taken a position as sales manager for the US South East region.
Griffiths, who has more than 25 years' experience in the laser industry, first joined Electrox in 1995 as senior service engineer. He was then promoted to principal service engineer, where he was responsible for overseeing the installation, service, technical support, applications and training in the US.
Rauch, who rejoins Electrox after spending time as an independent consultant, has more than 25 years' experience encompassing a wide variety of roles from sales to research and development. He is now looking forward to helping to grow the Electrox brand and believes that a reputation for good build quality and a wide variety of applications make Electrox lasers the perfect products to sell. He said: 'Electrox is extremely well thought of in the US. The company has a strong product range and a reputation for putting the customer first. All in all, I’m extremely pleased to be back.'
