Kenji Uehara has joined laser interferometer and optical profiler manufacturer 4D Technology as its Asian regional manager.
Uehara was selected because of his years of experience in metrology applications and he will be expected to help manage 4D’s future growth in the Asian region. Uehara holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Ikutoku Technical University, Kanagawa, Japan.
'Mr Uehara comes to 4D with more than 25 years of experience and successes in multi-national technical sales and marketing,’ said 4D Technology president Dr James Millerd.
As well as laser interferometers and optical profilers, 4D Technology designs and manufactures surface roughness profilers for the accurate measurement of optical grade surfaces, even in the presence of vibration and air turbulence.
