Photonex 2011, which takes place at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on 18-19 October, will feature an expanded conference programme to complement the exhibition.
The organisers have put together a programme that offers educative tutorials, complemented by international speakers from more than a dozen countries, to discuss subjects such as biophotonics, advanced imaging, thin films, advances in LED characterisation, adaptive optics and high power diode laser technologies.
The conference is run in parallel with the UK’s largest exhibition for manufacturers and distributors of photonics products and technology. With companies coming from as far away as China, a first for the show, visitors will see the latest innovations and on-stand demonstrations.
Electro Optics is sponsor and organizer of the Executive Panel Discussion Forum on Wednesday, which can be attended by all visitors. This is an important annual public meeting by senior executives in the photonics industry who this year come from Andor, Dilas, Ocean Optics, Pro-Lite Technology and Teradiode.
