Toptica Photonics has announced the appointment of a new marketing and team, adding a new marketing communications manager to the technical marketing manager appointed in May 2010.
Alena Bunk has joined Toptica as marketing communication manager. Before taking this position, Alena Bunk worked as senior account manager at zellnergroup.com. Here she was already involved in the design of the new Toptica homepage, which was launched earlier this year. Alena Bunk studied design and also has a degree as multi-media-producer.
'We are very glad to have found an experienced person, who will strongly enrich our promotional activities with her creative ideas,' said Dr Thomas Renner, vice president for sales and marketing at Toptica.
As marketing communication manager, Bunk will take charge of the press contacts and the communication with advertising agencies and other partners. Furthermore, she is responsible for the concept and the graphical design of Toptica’s marketing activities, such as advertising, brochures and exhibitions. She will work with Dr Marion Lang, who assumed responsibility for the company's technical marketing in May this year.
