ULO Optics has announced the opening of a new office in the USA that will offer thermal Imaging optics for defence and commercial applications.
ULO manufactures optics for thermal imaging, specific to customer designs and specifications for both military and commercial applications. It produces lenses in all the major infrared materials, namely Zinc Selenide, Zinc Sulphide, Germanium, Silicon and GASIR. To meet a specific market need ULO is producing and supplying optics at various stages of production, from precision generated blanks in Zinc Selenide and Zinc Sulphide, to partially finished optics that are polished on one side, to the finished article that is polished and coated.
