Laser Components have recently added the AML-53041XX-01 green laser diode module to their low cost line of OEM diode laser modules. The compact device (51.3 x 12mm) provides 4mW of output power at the green 532nm wavelength. It offers a wide operational temperature range (10-50°C) and stable output power (<+/- 5 per cent at constant temperature). With a beam diameter of <2mm at the output aperture, the beam exhibits a divergence angle of <1.2mrad.
Applications include industrial laser markers and measuring instruments in addition to being a general purpose green laser light source.
