Edmund Optics Announces New Roles for Key Management

Edmund Optics, the premier provider of optical components, is pleased to announce three key promotions in their sales and business units. All three promotions will align leadership skills and industry experience to Edmund Optics' continued commitment to outstanding customer service. These changes will also support EO's continued growth in the optics and imaging markets and focus on providing the best solutions for the most demanding customer applications.

"In keeping with EO's 72 years of industry-leading customer service, these new appointments will help to meet the ever-evolving and complex needs of our customers," said Samuel Sadoulet, President and COO of Edmund Optics. "Their collective strengths and expertise will help our customers solve their unique challenges in a timely manner."

Greg Hollows - Brings expertise to the world of imaging to better serve EO's customers

Greg's promotion to Director of the Imaging Business Unit is a win-win for Edmund Optics and their customers. He takes on this new position with over 15 years of experience in the industry, as past president of the AIA, and as a well-known pundit in the imaging world. He is tasked with formalizing the continued evolution of imaging as part of EO's product portfolio and growth strategy. Greg combines the strategy, product development and supply chain functions to ensure continued superior customer service.

"Greg has a passion for educating the customer and to advance customer applications to the next level," commented Sadoulet. "His leadership skills and expertise within the imaging community are well respected by our customers and his peers."

Anthony Artigliere - Over 25 years of industry experience

Twenty-five years of photonics industry experience provide a strong foundation for Anthony in his role as the Director of Edmund Optics' new Optics Business Unit.  In this new position, Anthony will continue to enhance EO's world-class customer service globally by combining product management, supply chain, and strategic responsibilities.  Industry-veteran Artigliere brings a strong customer voice, excellent market knowledge, and undying sense of urgency to addressing customer requirements quickly and effectively.

"With his longstanding exposure to optical design, fabrication, coating, assembly, and metrology - combined with many years directly managing the customer interface, we are counting on his effective leadership over the Optics Business Unit," notes Sadoulet.  "Anthony's ability to quickly establish priorities and get things done with a tireless work ethic made this decision an easy one.  We already see the team stepping up with newfound energy to solve customer project challenges - whether it's an urgent prototype or a long-running volume optics project," added Sadoulet. "This enhanced service benefits our customers by reducing their time to market and ensuring continuous, stable, and timely supply."

Todd Sierer - Committed to customer success and collaboration

"Todd is an individual who thinks outside the box. His adaptability to changing conditions will enhance the customer's experience in working around obstacles and finding solutions," Sadoulet stated.

In Todd's new position as Director of Americas Sales, he will work to intertwine EO's two pillars of Sales and Marketing excellence. His previous leadership experience in product and international marketing gives him valuable insights into the complexities of managing a highly skilled and knowledgeable sales team. Todd has a strong desire to understand the challenges facing EO's customers and to partner with them to support and meet their needs.

"These three highly experienced and knowledgeable individuals will continue to promote Edmund Optics' global business culture and to grow EO's sales and support worldwide," said Sadoulet. "They are committed to the company's customer service excellence and EO's vision for the future."
