The id201 is a certified InGaAs/InP photodiode that meets the most stringent reliability requirements (Telcordia GR-468-CORE). It is hermetically sealed, usable in ambient light, has an adjustable detection probability up to 25 per cent, a large range of trigger options (up to 1MHz internal and 8MHz external), and digital display and RS232 interface. It has adjustable gate width from 2.5ns to 100ns, adjustable dead time up to 100ms, and tuneable delay between 0 and 25ns.
