Photonic Science is offering InGaAs cameras for the standard spectral range (900 to 1700nm) with extension in the visible range (400nm) as well as infrared region (2200nm).
The cameras are available in ¼ VGA (320x256) and VGA (640x512) format adapted to high-end needs of industrial and scientific end-users, with peak quantum efficiency as high as 80 per cent. GigE interface allows image capturing with frame rate up to 60fps for ¼ VGA and 22fps for VGA resolution.
A multi-tap version will be delivering up to 300fps and 90fps respectively, for ultra-fast imaging applications.
