TeraXion has launched its PowerSpectrum product line, which consists of high-performance Fibre Bragg Grating based components that are key elements in the design of various kinds of fibre lasers and semiconductor lasers used in industrial, military and aerospace markets.
The initial offering includes two flagship devices:
· PowerSpectrum-HPR is a high power reflector addressing the very demanding requirements of continuous wave or pulsed fibre lasers. The PWS-HPR is available in various configurations making it perfectly suited for fiber lasers up to 800 watts.
· PowerSpectrum-NLS is an ultra narrow band laser stabiliser athermally-packaged with standard or polarization maintaining fibre. The PWS-NLS used in combination with semiconductor lasers provides high-performance light sources for applications where a high level of wavelength stability is required.
The PowerSpectrum product line also includes other customised devices meeting specific requirements for other types of laser applications such as pulse stretchers and compressors for ultra fast fibre lasers.
