Laser Support Services continues its new programme of Open presentations in January at their new Harwell Oxford site on Curie Avenue. Following on from the Infrared theme in November, the January 15th event welcomes guests from the Lithuanian Embassy and extends the invitation to any engineers or scientists particularly from Lithuania currently working in the UK to share some trade networking and a little bit of home. Guided by Adas Ridikas, formerly of UAB STANDA, but now permanently at the Harwell facility, on offer will be typical Lithuanian shakotis as well as links with some of the science establishments on site.
