Aurea Technology has launched its SPD_AT, a near infrared Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) module.
The SPD_AT is an ultra-low-noise and high quantum efficiency near infrared (900- 1700nm) single photon counter with timing correlation features. The SPD_AT includes a Geiger-mode InGaAs avalanche photodiode and thermoelectric coolers that ensure very high detection efficiency up to 25 per cent.
The TCSPC module is proposed in two versions, the SPD_AT_M1 with one channel and the SPD_AT_M2 for two channels. Aurea Technology provides a new generation of highly sensitive, compact, and portable TCSPC modules that enable the growth of new applications in the near infrared such as in fluorescence spectroscopy and in photo-luminescence.
