AUREA Technology launches its newly designed fast NIR Single Photon Counting OEM Module, SPD_NIR_OEM_120MHz. This is the most compact, and fastest high-performance Near-Infrared [900 nm-1700 nm] Single Photon Detection module ideal for the most demanding analytical and Quantum technologies applications. Thanks to its Geiger-mode InGaAs avalanche photodiode SPAD and its new enhanced embedded electronics, it provides gated-mode operation up to 120MHz trigger rate with very fast timing resolution < 150 psec. The SPD_NIR_OEM_120MHz performs very-low-noise DCR <5.000 cps and high Photon Detection Efficiency up to 30%. The parameters set-ups and data transmission are managed via its USB and Bluetooth interface by using its easy-to-use Graphical User Interface. DLL library compatible to LabVIEW and the most well-known programming languages are provided.
