BFi OPTiLAS has released the SPI 30W-400W fibre laser, in collaboration with SPI Lasers.
CW and modulated high power lasers are now available with an output power of up to 400W (water cooled) and 200W (air cooled). With spot size down to below 10µm, it offers an excellent power density for such lasers and allows new processes to be developed.
An increased power level version of the multi-kHz pulsed lasers is also now available with 30W output power. With up to 15kW peak power and 500kHz repetition rate, it allows faster processing speed than the well knows 10 to 20W versions.
