PicoQuant has released version 5.2.4 of its SymPhoTime software for fluorescence lifetime imaging and correlation. The latest version supports the eight-channel configuration of PicoQuant's HydraHarp 400 TCSPC system, allowing data acquisition and analysis with up to eight detection channels. Along with the release of the new software, the company has launched a dedicated online user discussion forum.
Additional enhancements of the software include the extension of the measurement preview functions: It is now possible to display TCSPC histograms as well as intensity/time traces for each channel separately during the measurements. SymPhoTime is designed for integration of a broad range of algorithms and methods for the analysis of fluorescence dynamics users may require.
