Dilas now has a 40W output power T-bar laser, based on a 638nm 400µm/0.22NA, fibre-coupled module, which is used for cinema projection.
Through the optimisation of semiconductor chip structures and optical parameters, Dilas’ tailored bar architecture delivers beam quality and high power using standard micro-optic fast-axis collimators and slow-axis collimators, all assembled with automated processes. The T-Bar is a monolithic multi-emitter source, allowing the handling of multiple emitters during each manufacturing step, to lower complexity and ease manufacturing.
