Menlo Systems, a German-based laser manufacturer, has recently released its most compact femtosecond fibre laser, the T-Light.
The T-Light has special qualities, like extremely short pulses, high repetition rate, excellent beam quality and long life span. It comes in a robust and very compact (18 x 18 x 18cm) package. It is engineered for applications in the micro material processing, THz generation, multi-photon microscopy and spectroscopy. It has a dual wavelength output of 1560nm and 780 nm, with an average output of 150 mW at the fundamental wavelength and a repetition rate of 100 MHz in pulses of 100fs.
