Scanlab has introduced a new, modular three-axis scan system consisting of a varioScan 40Flex directly mounted onto a hurryScan 30 scan head.
The hurrySCAN 30 has a 30mm aperture, and it can be adapted to provide both water and air cooling of laser systems. The scan heads are suitable to control lasers in the kilowatt range at high speeds, or to guide small laser spots over large areas. It has a compact, sealed and robust design.
The varioSCAN 40FLEX component allows diffraction-limited laser processing in variable field sizes by combining a dynamic focusing mechanism with an additional motorised lens. The high speed and modularity make the scan system a suitable choice textile or leather processing industry and for job shops.
