Trumpf has released its TruMark 3020 laser marker, which is a compact and versatile system that can be used in almost any environment.
Suitable for all marking tasks in the infrared range this new model has high beam quality and high pulse peak power enabling it to mark almost any material.
This marking versatility is complemented by the unit's ability to operate in ambient temperatures of up to 40°C. It is also cooled by air rather than water making it self-contained and virtually maintenance free.
Extras such as a pilot laser and optical focus adjustment can be specified and the total laser package weighs less than 10kg.
The TruMark 3020 is less than a quarter of the size of the VectorMark compact laser, allowing it to be easily integrated into other systems. It also uses comparatively less power; with the latest generation of marking lasers from Trumpf using in the region of 80 per cent less power than its forerunners.
The scanner, laser head and power supply with hybrid cable are plugged in for quick and easy installation. Plug-in cards also allow modular expansion of the control system.
