ES Technology is distributing the new line of vertical diode laser stacks from Dilas. The high duty cycle device enables long pulse length for hair removal or high energy applications. These compact, completely AuSn soldered vertical stacks are designed specifically for operation in applications with low cooling capacity for medical and high energy laser applications requiring high pulse energy in a small dense package.
From the parameter field defined by duty cycle, power and pulse length this device starts at 200W, 808nm and 300W, 940nm at 2 per cent duty cycle/2ms up to 60W per bar at 808nm and 175W per bar at 940nm at 20 per cent / 75ms.
The macro-channel-cooled vertical stacks contain up to 8-bar configurations with up to 20 per cent duty cycle at 60W per bar for 808nm and 175W per bar for 940nm at 75ms pulse duration (hair removal)
