John Lincoln
John is one of the UK’s leading and most respected voices in the photonics industry, and was recognised as such in the very first Photonics100, back in 2023. He currently has a portfolio of positions working alongside his role as Chief Executive of the Photonics Leadership Group, which champions photonics in the UK. He is the founder of business development consultancy Harlin Ltd, supporting multiple clients in assessing market opportunities and business development in photonics; is a coach for European Innovation Council (formerly SME instrument) supporting innovators in their business growth and innovation journey at SMEs across Europe; and a member and chair of multiple advisory boards including SMEs and academic projects.

Georg Draude, General Manager, Chroma Technology GmbH

Georg Draude
Georg has extensive experience in sales and management within the photonics and biotechnology sectors. He has been General Manager, European Sales Director, and Key Account Manager at Chroma Technology GmbH since 2010 but, prior to this, held the position of Sales/Market Specialist at Laser 2000, focusing on test and measurement sales in the photonics department and biotechnology market. Georg's earlier roles include sales and support for high-end imaging setups at Visitron Systems and conducting biomedical research as a scientific assistant at the University of Munich.
