The Photonics Frontiers Award 2025, brought to you by the team behind Electro Optics, is now open for entries!
Following on from two years of our annual Photonics Frontiers programme, which recognised the year's biggest photonics applications via print and online content, this year we are adding an award to the process to really spotlight the transformative power of applied photonics.
Unlike the Photonics100, which honors individuals shaping research and development in the industry, the Photonics Frontiers Award is all about amplifying groundbreaking projects where photonics plays a pivotal role in solving real-world challenges.

- Shortlist announcement: 22 April, 2025
- Award ceremony: 24 June, 2025, at Laser World of Photonics.
