IMRA America and Crystal Fibre have signed a license agreement for IMRA fibre technology. The technology enables Crystal Fibre to further expand its product offerings in the field of fibres and fibre components.
In the agreement, IMRA licenses and provides Crystal Fibre with the freedom to use a large portfolio of IMRA patents related to fibrecomponents and lasers.
IMRA is also open to licensing users of Crystal Fibre products seeking to develop and market multimode fibre lasers with single mode output.
