Optis has appointed Philippe Billaud, 51, as vice president of finance.
A Graduate of Ecole des Cadres and CPA, Billaud has held various positions in finance and management for over 10 years, particularly in the areas of M&A and capital development.
Between 1990 to 2007 he held the position of chief financial officer and general secretary of the ESI Group and was responsible for the setting up and organising international operations and acquisitions. He joined Optis on 1 January 2008.
