Infrared camera users normally have to choose between large area and high temperature sources for calibration of their sensors. Now, HGH Infrared Systems offers a single solution combining both requirements: the ECN100H series blackbodies.
The maximal emitting area temperature is +550°C for areas up to 300 x 350mm. They include the latest innovative technology, including: touch screen panel for user-friendly manual control, remote control via USB/Ethernet/IEEE488 or RS232 interface, display resolution of 0.01°C, high stability and high thermal uniformity.
The main applications of these sources are calibration of sensors such as thermal imagers and line scanners, large spectral bandwidth reference source, sample emissivity or transmission measurement, and real-size infrared targets. The robust structure of the emissive head enables lab or field condition operation.
