Rugby based-JK Lasers has introduced its 1kW fibre laser, the JK1000FL, for industrial applications including cutting, welding and drilling applications. The JK1000FL can incorporate up to four fibres, allowing beam-switch time-share and energy sharing. These features allow system load and unload times to be eliminated and multiple welds to be carried out simultaneously. The JK1000FL uses FiberView software, pulse shaping and its JK Scan Head system uses dedicated positioning software for improved accuracy.
