Concept Laser has expanded its range to include a flexible model in a small format – bearing the suffix R, for titanium applications.
The new Mlab Cusing R was developed to allow the economical fabrication of dental products and medical implants, and for medical instruments made from titanium.
Mlab Cusing machines allow users to start off in a lightweight class of additive manufacturing with metals. Since the Mlab cusing machines were introduced at the start of 2011, they have been sold for small components.
The Mlab Cusing R expands the previous range of materials to include titanium and titanium alloys. It features the drawer principle, with a glovebox module for safe handling of the material. The patented drawer principle from Concept Laser enables a quick change of material without the risk of any contamination of powder materials.
