The new Becker & Hickl (bh) PML16 GaAsP, PML-SPEC GaAsP, and MW FLIM GaAsP multichannel / multiwavelength detectors are 6 times more sensitive than their multi-alkali predecessors. Using bh’s multi-dimensional TCSPC process, the detectors record 16 fluorescence decay curves or FLIM images simultaneously in a single TCSPC module. The detectors are available as bare modules, as multi-wavelength detector assemblies with a polychromator, and as multi-wavelength FLIM detector assemblies for non-descanned ports of multiphoton laser scanning microscopes.
