StellarNet has launched the Red-Wave line of miniature NIR spectrometers for 0.9-2.3um wavelengths, which use cooled InGaAs detector photo diode arrays and are available in 512 or 1,024 element arrays. Each detector has an integrated thermo electric cooler (TEC) maintained at -10°C to achieve robust performance.
A front panel x10 gain switch provides extra sensitivity needed for reflectance and light measurement applications. Several models provide a variety of operational ranges and resolutions suitable for applications including chemical ID/moisture analysis, SpectroRadiometry, radiant power measurements, laser characterisation, and thicker thin-film measurements, and high resolution WDM monitoring.
