Photonic Solutions has released a new range of laser safety eyewear that is lightweight, stylish and practical. This improved comfort is hoped to increase usage. The models cover the full laser spectrum, and all units are CE marked. Several filter types (AXX, YG2, YG3, and YAD) have M L5 ratings giving excellent protection from ultra fast laser pulses.
Also available is a laser interlock controller, which switches off up to four lasers when an unauthorised person enters the laser area, protecting them from injury. Authorised operators can use a keypad to gain access without interrupting the operation of the system. The kit allows up to two laser-warning lights to be operated and fails to open circuit. The kit comes with all the required parts.
